Who we are

Overit Malta (overit.mt) is operated by Verde Holding Kft., a company registered in Hungary, which is also the seller of every paid plan. Contact: office@verdeholding.hu.

The service

Overit Malta publishes information about Maltese companies taken from public registers — the Malta Business Registry's data and the EU's VIES service. The public site is free and needs no account. An account gives access to Overit App; a paid plan adds what the pricing page lists for it.

Register data can be out of date or incomplete, because the registers themselves can be. Nothing on this site is legal, tax or financial advice, and nothing on it is a credit rating. Check anything you rely on against the register itself.

Your account

Use an email address you control and keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for what is done with your account. You can download your data or delete your account at any time in the account settings.

Plans and payment

Plans are paid monthly in advance, in euros, by card through Stripe, and renew each month until you cancel. You can cancel, change plan or update your card at any time from the billing page; a cancellation takes effect at the end of the month you have paid for, and nothing further is charged. Verde Holding Kft. issues an invoice for every payment. Each plan's limits are those on the pricing page, and are enforced by the service. "Unlimited" means unlimited within fair use: use that would degrade the service for others is not covered.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service to break the law, to harass anyone, or to overload it — including automated collection beyond what your plan provides. We may suspend an account that does, and will tell you why.

Liability

We take care over the data and the service but cannot guarantee that either is complete, current or always available. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited, or your rights as a consumer.

Changes

We will tell account holders by email before a change to these terms or to a plan's price takes effect. A price change never applies to a period you have already paid for.

Law

These terms are governed by Hungarian law, the law of the seller's seat. If you are a consumer, this does not take away the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you live. Write to office@verdeholding.hu first with any complaint; we answer every one.
